no you can't or at least only in the rarest of cases. First of all the pc controller would have to be using an ic which is compatible with the firmware and second most ics that would be used would be a one time fash only. So in short no.

Then there's the matter of button/controller stick mappings. You can put a dog's brain in a man's body, but that doesn't mean it'll know how to walk and talk like a man...

I suspect you're after something like this.
