Did you backup the EEPROM from the old motherboard?

If not, you'll need to construct an EEPROM reader, as linked in my sig.

Grab a copy of XboxHDM and refer to the included tutorial file re the two Linux-based tools, "unlockhd" and "lockhd". You need to use "unlockhd" with the old motherboard's EEPROM, then "lockhd" with the new motherboard's EEPROM.

This is assuming the new motherboard isn't hardmodded (eg, modchipped). Most hardmods allow you to boot with an unlocked HDD.

It is possible that even when correctly locked, the new motherboard will refuse to boot off the old HDD. This would depend on what mods you had in place, and a handful of other factors. Not much point in worrying about that until you get past the current error code.
