Generally.. BST threads are not closed by staff unless a new thread is needed or requested.

I feel your pain.. and understand. However.. short of putting your issues in your signature.. or in OPEN threads.. no other recourse will be allowed.

We do recommend people go use OTHER sales forums/sites that offer the features people want.

If someone really feel it necessary to add a complaint to a closed thread.. contact a moderator for that forum.. and discuss it with them. They will determine on a case by case basis if they will temp open a thread for you to post your grievance in. Don't chastise them if they decide it's best to not bother.

We won't be extending SEARCH capabilties anytime soon. (although we might have some good news regarding search soon.. unrelated)

Yeah, PM me the details.  I don't like the idea of a  BST post being closed to avoid negative posts, so if you've had a negative experience with a seller with no open thread, I'll consider the edit.
