Not needed.
People are currently maintaining their worklogs in the case forum already.. and that is where people expect to find case mod worklogs.
Also.. there is only a handful of projects that are large enough to scope or detail to even be thought of as a "worklog"
I would like to see more people using clearer titles for thier topics in case modding though.
