You will need 3 stable voltages. 12V 5V and 3V3. Some people use pico mini itx pc supplies to get it running. The xbox consumes approx. 80W. Not all those Pico supplies are able to deliver that much power.
The xbox supply is not identical to a pc ATX supply (although some xbox models use the same connector)
You will need a small interface board between the (Pico) ATX supply and the xbox mobo.
