what if we made a news forum, to talk about the news on the front page of XS.
Or what if we just had a topic in the corresponding forum for that new post, and then had a link on main page under the article to jump in to the topic to post?

In addiiton, the post could point people to the appropriate forum for associated topics. Might cut back on all the OT threads that get started when news breaks.

well, thats why i put in 2nd part of my statement to post it in that particular forum, it would be ice to have a link to that topic on main page under the article.
