i think having a FAQ at the top of every forum containing a shitload of questions and answers to all those newbie questions, if one of these is asked, it gets deleted with the "stupid question button" by a mod and a script whould pm the poster with a message saying "the thread <name> was deleted the answer is in the <forum> faq"

all you whould need is a bunch of dedicated mods from different timezones.... and a whole lot of trust

I think this place is pretty good as it is. OK fine I get "The server is too busy errors", but a little patience is all that's needed. What you have to remember is internet bandwidth costs money!! So money needs to be got from advertising. The more people look @ the site, the more stats you get and the more advertisers you attract. It's the only way, unless you want to pay a subscription to xbox-scene.com??
I wonder what the member list will look like if that happens

I think this whole Private-General-chat for older members will just create threads asking, "H0// d0 i g3t iNt0 th4 pr1vit ch4t!!!!1!11!1" If senior members want to chat privately, maybe you could create an irc channel or something, and require a key to enter :/
