I can read it, but i do agree a change to maybe a more contrasting grey would help.

QUOTE (DreamWeb @ Jan 4 2004, 08:11 PM)
Hey Xbox-Scene people!

GREAT website!  I love it, and I visit it at least once a day.  However, there's one complaint that I have (and I may be alone on this one).

The text is light grey on dark grey...  Makes for VERY tough reading.  I've pretty much memorized where everything is... but, still, it's a design flaw that I'm surprised has stuck around for as long as it has.

Even white on dark grey would have been better....

Am I alone?

Thanks for the great site!

d.

Are you talking about the main page? That's not light gray text on dark gray. It's black on light green. Very readable.

Are you referring to the forums? You can select a number of 'skins' to suit your taste.

BTW: I run 1920x1440 with small text on a 20in monitor (thank God for high refresh rates)... I never have a problem reading it.

I think he means this...

It's not a colour scheme I would have chosen.. but on my 19 inch (1600x1200) it's clear and easy to read for me.

Eventually.. we will have a new page up. It's in the early stages.

Yeah, I don't really have problems reading it, but I imagine people on older monitors or running with weird colors might have problems.
