It has nothing to do with SMT. It's a moderated forum, which means every post has to be approved by a head moderator. The approach taken is completely unbiased; rest assured that this measure was taken only to prevent people from marring genuine and legitimate comments.
Also, why in the world would you expect SMT to adhere to any complaint in the Webshop Ratings? Get in touch with SMT if you want to get something done, don't complain to the forum members.
