Actually, my mom got one when she reported a 'huge' pirate that she bought a computer from. She was putting the same OEM copy of Windows 98 on over 50 PCs she built. Low-end, outdated parts... $1200. No monitor, keyboard, mouse, or Windows CD. Just what's installed on the HD. This was awhile ago, though, I don't know if they still do this.

thats bunk...i'd of blackmailed the pirate for another computer.

She tried that. No dice. That's when I got the anti-piracy number...
