Howto Fix A Bad Flash

i have eingmah and st chip onboard i soldered the 2 jumpers the put a swich on wire 21 turned it off tested it and the mod was off so i flashed with evo2.2 then rebooted it said it was fucked so i tured eingmah on it was ok still so how can i fix the onboard st chip i have tryed to flash again still the same someone told me to put a swich on wire 15 to ? cant c how that would help coz the mod was off with wire 21 swich?
