Xbox Everything Is Tinged Yellow

Recently everything on the Xbox has had a strong yellow tinge to it.  Graphics display properly, both 2d and 3d, just looks like someone has turned the yellow channel way up.

This happens in both the modded dashboard (softmod) and the original Xbox one.  

I've switched the AV cable, and also tried a different connection method, but still the issue persists.

Anyone else run into this issue?

Video signals are loosely made up of three colours of light - red, blue and green. To get yellow, you mix red with green. So most likely something is toning down the blue signal - This would make something that would otherwise be white, appear yellow.

(You can still see blue, right?)
