ok, after weeks of trying to get linux on my ps3, I finally got it on, Took me awhile to find and burn it. anyways, on zophar they got emulators to run mac on linux. I downloaded all of them and tried installing them one by one, After a few seconds I get a pop up error saying either "unable to retrieve software information" or "cannot install source packages." Anyone know how to bypass these errors? Also, I got a HDTV and the screen isn't using the whole tv. I tried the "ps3videomode -v 5" trick, and all that did was shut down the ps3. any ideas? let me know, thanks in advance
