New Blu Ray Drive Not Working

Hey guys got a ps3 without a blu ray drive and dont have the original blu ray drive. Have an extra one but dont have the blu ray drive mother board. Has anyone figured out how to get it working with a new drive?

nope the new bd-rom needs the keys from the original drive to function and the only way i can think of doing that is using the logic board from the orig
