Hey there! Somewhat new to the ps3 been working with Microsoft's products for quite some time though.

Here's the deal, I have an 80gb ps3. When I turn the ps3 on it will flash the video for a second and then go black screen. I can also hear the fan kick on high then go back down to a lower speed. So far I've tried the video reset a number of times. I've also tried re greasing the cpu and gpu and re-flowing the solder on them. The unit appears to function, but will not output video except for the initial split second at start up. I was curious if anyone else had run into this and if they'd found a solution for it yet?
