My Drive Is Toast, What Can I Do?

If you have a launch console then you will probably just have to replace the blu-ray laser.  I bought one from an HK seller on eBay and it came in 2 weeks.  Replaced the KES-400A laser inside the drive and it was good to go.  The laser was around $60US shipped.
