Won't Read Bluray...

My ps3 won't read any bluray but still read dvd movie, i replaced the lens still won't work .... what might be the problem?

Do you have another PS3 to verify that either lens does work?

It is not unheard of to have a shady vendor sell a recycled laser that they did not test before selling. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/mad.gif)
