I've tried searching around for someone with a simillar problem but no luck. I've never had any problems with my PS3 for about 6 months till i connected it to the internet and did the system update. Now that its updated, i get random shutdowns while playing games and playing movies. I've also tried doing a system restore but still shutting down. Is this an overheating issue or a system update bug of some sort? It's frustrating cuz i cant play or watch movies for more than 5 mins. I also get the bliking red light after the shutdown. Can someone please shed some light... thank you
