Linux - is that out yet? How well does THAT work, especially for configurability and networking, also with how well it is displayed on the tv screen, is it clear or blurry (remembering running linux on dreamcast and xbox1 YUCK)
Boot Sequence - does it check the harddrive or memory card first or does it go straight to the bluray disc,
remember the memory card hack for playstation 2? change some .elf files on the memory card and boot up a ps1 game BOOM -white screen - hacked.
Media Compatibility - not just about running signed code or copy protected discs, but about playing your own files, this thing is supposed to be able to do divx right?
Networking - can you share your stuff from PCs
Mass Storage devices - can you put a card inthe card slots, which kinds, do adapters work for micro and mini SD formats (for example)
USB - what works on USB, how far out can they go as in with hubs, how many devices will the ps3 recognize before it stops
Filesystem - do things have to be formatted a certain way to be recognized?
