Yes it is!

I have one in front of me right now plugged into a UK socket! WOOHOO!

My heart stopped for a moment as I turned it on but so many people on another forum were sure it would work and there is a video on youtube.

You just use a standard PC power cable. Works a charm smile.gif

Actually, it's my kitchen worksurface.

It was the only place where I could put it to demonstrate clearly that I was plugging it into a 240v socket.

Urgh......I really want to try it, but i also really dont want to.....

Is that a JAP system? I have the JAP 20GB system. Damn, i get really nervous plugging something that runs on 120v into 240v. What if mine blows up when i plug mine into 240v? (i know it probly wont though)

OK i just hooked my PS3 up to the mains (240v) and it works!! Im so releaved....lol i got really nervous when i connected the PS3 to 240v....

Oh, and:

Region: JAP
Model: 20GB
Plugged in: 240v
Country: Australia
