There is no tracking number so you don't receive one. A tracking number would cost additional $15+, so we decided to offer free shipping without tracking number to keep the price low. You will receive it very shortly.

You should have received an email telling your order was shipped, however, yes, there is no tracking number, but you have nothing to worry about that at all. Check you spam folder, also we update paypal status as well.
Regarding the ticket, can you tell me your ticker number? We check the ticket daily between 6-8AM EST (except weekends/holidays), so I don't think we would let a ticket stay in open status for more than 48 hours in weekdays. But, please tell me your ticket number so I can check it for you.
Where are you located? If you are not in USA or CANADA, in order to have a tracking number the cost is additional $60. (by air).
Usually to UK is even faster than to any Canadian locations, We have customers in UK usually get their item in 2-3 days. To US is usually around 4-5 days, but it is not always the case, so to be on the safe side, we always tell customers to wait 5-10 business days.

the trakcmypack thing fails for me when i enter my info , guess they didn't add my info for trackmypack.
The trackmypak.com is trick, don't forget about the date range, but you should have nothing to worry about as we ship daily (in another word, your order is shipped within 24 hours after your payment), except Saturdays and Sundays. Sometimes we do ship on Saturdays.
Again, I am here to help you, if you have any issues please let me know, again the best option to obtain support is via ticket system, as we can keep tracking the history of the problem.
