People have been waiting for years whats a few more days matter. lol

I have a few PS3's here so if I get one for any of those I will wait for a clone. But until then the price is not an issue for me.

They are probably trying to save on shipping and they have probably gotten more orders than anticipated. Instead of shipping out what they have on hand they are waiting to get a larger number in and ship all at once for lower shipping cost.

I have been waiting for years as well and don't mind a few more days/weeks either.

The price is really a ripoff, for something that probably cost them less then $5 to make.  I mean $50 would be a good price, but going over $100, that is just insane.  I think they are what like $125-150 on sites, that's just straight outrageous.

On Oz's site it now says out of stock but I have yet to receive a refund.

Now here is the weird part. I received an email yesterday from modchip.ca saying I have placed an order with them? Which I did not.

Hmm, I have not received anything from OZ and nothing from modchip.ca. However I do expect a refund notice soon.

I already got some insider info on clones and they are going to be here really fast and i am certain they will be selling for no more then $50. I know if i had a preorder somewhere i would be trying to get out of it.

Things are worth what people are willing to buy them for and if the price is to high then they wont be competitive and they wont sell any. Supply and demand will do it's job. The creator of this hack probably realized as soon as he starts shipping these somebody will clone it and sell it cheaper. I have said before that I am happy to let the person who created this get some material rewards for his ingenuity.

On another note the email from modchip.ca is an advertisement cleverly disguised as a receipt for sale. Smart move. I apparently ordered something from them in 2008 and am on their distribution list. I sent a ticket in to OZ telling them that I wanted a full refund if they cannot ship the item requested. But after I sent it I checked and they never charged my card anyway.
