StreetskaterFU has found a method to run BluRay games from the PS3 HDD. Now before everyone gets excited and yells "ISO LOADER", this method only works with older gamers (with older update codes). The games currently confirmed to be working this method are Warhawk, MotorStorm, RFOM, GT5, COD3. (The legitimacy of this has been confirmed by Mathieulh)

There are two methods to do this, the legal and non legal way. The legal way requires (The legal way requiring the original disc, the non legal requires the game dump and any PS3 bluray game but two same size HDD's).

The video below demonstrates the non-PKG version of Warhawk being ran with Motostorm being "the proxy disc".

its already been confirmed on another site by hackers its real.  just a c/p from another site:

" number of hackers have stepped up to confirm that yesterday's reported PS3 hack is the real deal. Mathieulh said the following "Yes it is but as I mentioned earlier it only works with a few games and it is very disconvenient to use." While Alek of Dark_Alex's blog commented "We can confirm that it's for real, although it's still under a Proof of Concept state." In addition to this PSP hacking legend Humma. Kavula has shown interest in the hack by stating "so i guess it some sort of - maybe modified - game binary within the update drawer, or at least some bogus file structure hack within. Btw, i dont care if it works flawlessly or not, im just interested in the technical aspects."
