Hacking Ps3 Idea

I dont know if anyone attempting to hack the PS3 thought of this or not so I will bring it into light.


Playstation Store offers free game demos that download and install from their network.  To me it seems like there could be a big hole in this process.


If we have ripped Blu-ray games I do not see why the demo installer couldnt be modified to install the content from a ripped full blu-ray disc.

The reason this wont work is because every game is signed with the an official key.
And if you change anything in it, it messes up the key and it wont run because it is no longer the original key
