I would highly doubt that the European PS3s will have 1.32. I bought one Monday and it had 1.32 on it luckily, it wants me to update to play online multiplayer. I can wait for multiplayer, there's no way I'm upgrading just yet!

Look at it this way - It will be here before Guitar Hero II for Xbox 360 so - That makes the wait easer - since I want GH2 Badly for 360.
