I'm so sick of all these groups proclaimig they've hacked the Wii, PS3, until a ton of hype builds up, and then the promises disappear and nothing happens for years.

When they release technical details, then let us know, but other than that, these promises are best ignored.

This isnt some shitty group !!!

These are the paradogs ! they have been around since I was about 4 years old on my amiga ! They are the gods of the scene and if they say they have cracked it thats good enough for me !

I imagine these PS3 ISO dumps will likely be playable off of the PS3 harddrive.. Same sense as in how the demos are stored and launched..

seriously, Paradox is well known. so either give us some more info "how" they're playable. unless they think Sony can easily update the PS3 to fix it.

Don't forget that ISO rips of 360 games were available within weeks of the console launch - none of them were (and are still not) playable...

If they're as great as everyone claims, and if this hack was workable now, shouldn't this ISO come pre-patched to make it run? That seems like what they're implying they can do here...

Check that line out, i guess they are playable.
If its anything like the PS2 games, which you were able to just copy in your PC for the most part, then that meant that it is playable.

ISO rips of 360 games are still not playable?? LOL!

But anyways, if it is true as they say its playable, hopefully some boot loader comes out for ps3 soon.. Something like DevHook For the PSP.

More than likely it may be possible when using a Blu-Ray burner, that you can burn them and watch them run, but thats just my theory. Anyway even if it runs from the HDD, that only leaves you will a certain amount of space to use for pictures, music, apps, saves, and so on. Running from the HDD would decrease load times for most games, but games to come at a round of maybe 17 to 25 to 50 gig! This may take a while to do.

Obviously, running off the HDD would be fine, since it's upgradeable, and 750 GB drives are confirmed working from ps3news. That will store plenty of backups for me, thank you very much.

But, again. My point is: put up or shut up. I don't care if they're the greatest group ever, they don't accomplish anything but annoyance by these stupid teasers.

And simply burning these ISO's with a blu-ray burner is confirmed NOT WORKING, unless there is some modification (firmware or whatever) that I haven't heard about yet.
