Ps3 Can't Connect To Internet Help~

Anyone know how to fix a ps3 that can't connect to internet... I have tried to connect it with wireless and wire cable, but no luck.

Also i have another ps3 with no video output, any idea how to fix it?

no video? have you tried resetting the ps3?
i forgot how i think you switch the back off, hold the power button, then switch the back on.

can't help with internet problem not enough info.
wireless no luck, cabled no luck. ?
when does it fail?
