The 1.0v and early 1.1v are the only ones you have to worry about the lpc being filled with solder but in the future what you need to do to remove the solder is to get some desoldering braid it is at radio shack and will cost you 3 or 4 dollars. It is strands of thin copper wire that you put over the areas that you want to remove the solder and then apply the soldering iron over top the braid and heat it up this will suck the solder up into the braid.
But you got some work on your hands now if your going to fix it.Every track will have to be traced and both sides of the board must be connected. Here is a diagram of a 1.1 it is from sickmods "props to sickmods"
http://diy.sickmods....1/Hi-Res_Scans/It should be the same as the 1.0.
You must have continuity threw the trace either your going to have to use a razer blade or something and scrap gently back the green layer to get at the copper trace then add a little flux to absorb the solder which will tint the trace so you can attach a wire then connect point a to point b and thats that also each side of the original hole must be connected to its counter part on the other side.
You also need to get a soldering iron that is no more powerful than 15 to 25w any higher than that it will burn up tracks to easy and never try to leave the iron on one place to long it will increase the chances of burning up traces.
