Ps3 Changing Firewall Rules In Router

My PS3 keeps adding a rule to allow port 3658UDP. I have a rule that denies that port and a few others from the PS3 IP, but the PS3 created rule is overriding my block. Is there a way to stop the PS3 from changing firewall rules?
