anyways no need to run all around trying to avoid him, get him on the inside of those rocks looking for you and you need to be on the outside of them. now well you are on the outside facing inwards, watch for a small V rock shape opening with a smoking sulfur hill just on the other side of this opening. ok now make sure you have dynamite and watch for Magruder coming as hes getting close you might want to crouch down so he can't shoot you but keep an eye on him and when he steps out of site for a split second toss the dynamite onto the sulfur hill and crouch down he will scream out letting you know that he lost some of his life, now that is all you need to do that is unless you need to get more dynamite or replenish your health. but if not just stay in that spot and keep blowing him up until he appears up on top of the building with his giant dynamite sticks.
