No, wouldn't be XBTool. That doesn't work with the 5035 (which uses an INI file for most settings). The only edit I know of for the BIOS itself is a single byte which determines how it handles the extended partitions (though XBPartitioner's custom partitions makes this redundant).
Are any other parts needed to make the eeprom reader in your sig able to also serve as an eeprom programer? Also can someone point me in the right direction about the reprogramming of the eeprom with this device?
I am lost because I would normally make all eeprom changes with config magic but I cant use it here cause I cant boot to get to it.I dont know how screwed up this eeprom is Ive never ran across one so screwed I couldnt bypass it with a chip.I am still pretty certain with that being said that this is an eeprom issue.I did find an old outdated guide that is kept for historical purposes that seemed like it might work to bypass the epprom using complex debug bios,evox2812,and a couple other tools.
I will give a try in making the eeprom programer and give that old tut a try and let you all know.
