no matter how they spin it, the bottom line is its more difficult and expensive to develop for and in the age of wii60 that will always be a liability for sony.

Now my PS3 has just upgraded itself to become MORE powerful than my high-end computer.

"It's not that PS3 is harder to write for, it's just that you can do more with it."

Now that developers are aware of this fact, the process of making games will go 101% times faster.

That's a little short sighted don't you think? I think you miss-read that statement... It's 'not harder' to write for, it's just that you can 'do more with it'. Meaning, to get more out of it, the development process would have to take on more work and that would actually make a games production longer.
