Well, the PlayStation3 is finally out in Europe (for about 3h now). Like Sony announced, only the high-end 60GB is available for 599eur/425gbp.
Here are some pictures of the EU box and unit ... not much to say ... all pretty much looks like the US and Japanese units (just the HW PS2 emulation missing ;)). As video cable you get a standard AV cable (welcome to the HD-era ;p) and a SCART adapter and of course you get a 220V AC cable with a plug matching the standard of your country.
The pre-install PS3 OS is v1.50 and all EU games seems to boot on this ... but if you want to sign-up for the PlayStation Network (to get your free Casino Royale Blu-ray movie) you will have to update to the new v1.60 first.
