You would have to be a pretty hardcore playstation fan to not have already picked up a 360.

Actually playstation and xbox cater too quite different kinds of gamers.

Once again you take something the complete wrong way and than add things in that have nothing to do with what i was saying.

I was refering to a gamer holding out for a ps3 and not just getting a 360 in the time being, the ps2 was not in the topic or the discussion until you brough it up.

And as far as catering to different gamers at the moment the ps3 caters to no one since it has no games save resistance and i beat that weeks ago and now my PS3 collects dust.

i know what you saying madmax, but to average joe the PS3 is the LATEST hi-tech and high-end (price) game console, so it obviously powerfull then Xbox 360 also has a built-in nextgen dvd player
