I'm not sure if this topic belongs in this forum but here goes.
I have recently formatted my computer and used a fresh copy of flash FXP. however i seem to get very slow transfer rates. often it would sit at 0k /sec and have bursts of 1MB sometimes 3 MB a second but for the fast majority of time its very slow. Prior to the formatting transfer has been fine and no settings have been changed on the xbox.
However if i were to ftp via internet explorer it seems all these issues are resolved and i can send items at full speed.
What i have tried is turn off passive mode, i have checked the downloading (not PASV) box but none of these have made a difference.
Before telling me to use a different ftp client or just use IE i was wondering if there is any logic to why one program would work and not another.
my set up is having my xbox run through a switch built into my wireless router with DHCP.
