I mean the highest selling 360 launch title in japan was ridge racer!(which sold the worst over here and is considered the worst launch title for the system in terms of quality). Famitsu gave it GREAT reviews, in fact they gave craptastic ninety nine nights a 37/40, and even crappier dynast warriors got a review close to that. FAMITSU SUX BALLS!!!!

why would crappy games like this get good scores? Because they are japanese made games

that's their culture and style i suppose.  honestly it feels like the 360 is just a rugged american system.  the people i talk to about games like rpg's and stuff they're like fuck rpg's etc etcfighting games etc all those are basically jap made games, and i just sit back and i'm like well good thing you got a 360.  and that's what it seems to be like this generation.  america vs japan.  anyone who likes rpg's probably likes anime etc and is into japanese culture.  so sony would be more fun for them, but i have a 360 and will be getting a ps3 and a wii, i like rugged games and i like role playing games etc.  just not everyone enjoys the same tastes.  and japan is geared more toward their style of game.  which are shown to be selling there.  and also aside from japan look at ourselves.  i hear people allt he time fuck rpg's etc fuck japan fuck sony fuck wii.  sounds like nationalist/racist. biased whatever.   it's just tastes people.

the 360 is actually made by 3 plants (maybe more by now) in the world.  

as for the racist part, they are just loyal, that is all.  blind loyalty yes, but loyal none the less.

also while i understand why this is posted, i dont understand how in many parts of the net people are making a big deal of this.  is this really a surprise to anyone?  i thought we were expecting this from the beginning honestly.  microsoft always stated that japan would not be easy, and to them success with the 360 would only mean selling more then they did with the xbox

So why can't we be loyal to the Xbox 360? Why did Sony suceed in U.S. with selling like 35 million units here...... (PS2s). I mean, look at the real world, not just the freaking PS3 and Xbox 360. I know alot of asian people. Why is it that they only buy toyotas and hondas? Loyalty. Now the ultimate question: Is it good or bad? You guys tell me.

Totally agree. While I like my FPS games I much prefer Jap type RPG games and the Playstation has that in spades.

Thankfully MS understands that as well and have some very good Japanese style games coming out which will help them.

But all the console fighting is getting old. Most of us will end up buying all 3 consoles anyway.
