my guess, either you have mac filtering turned on and you didn't setup your psp's mac address on your dhcp server (the router in most home cases), or you have some kind of encryption turned on and you didn't put the key in the psp (which would explain why it worked before and not now if you turned the encryption on since the last time you used your psp, or you changed the key).
