I dont think that im going to be using blu ray for a few years yet. And the PS3 controllers look way too much like a boomerang to me, and i see enough of those.

Well if half of what sony says (known liars about their prelaunch details) is true then it'll rival the 360 and beat it beacuse of all the PS fan boys. if on the other hand it doesn't deliver like the PS2 didn't (wich it didn't) then I think MS and nintendo may gain some ground on it. I just think sony has found a way to "relate" to all the retards in America and thats how they pull so many customers. There's no real reason other then game selection that sony should be #1. and honestly yeah the controller looks like ass but it looks more comfortable then the PS2's in my opinion. the PS2 controller was allways too small for me and my middle finger would dig into the bottom part of the L and R buttons. hopefully they took care of that problem.

sony will put all their movies on blu ray even if hd dvd beas them. i dont even think sony knows when and how much ps3 will be how can amazon.

I built my pc 2 years ago for £400, and it still does fine with every new release I've tried on it ( and i try most ).
And if you are into piracy, you don't even have to mod your pc to get free games.  The 360 is £400 on ebay at the moment, if you're lucky. Each game is... £40? And I have no doubt that within 2 years, MS will launch a now gaming console, because it needs to be better than the Playstation.

Plus, FPS is soooo much better on the PC.

Sure, I love my xbox, and when I buy a 360 or ps3, I have no doubt that I will be blown away by the graphics, but only if I also buy a HDTV, or connect it to my PC montior.

For the price of a 360 at the moment, I could buy a 7800GTX, which competes just fine with the 360 graphics.

I'm way into xbox, and not so hot on PS2.  But you know, the next round is a whole other story.  I'm not loyal to any one system or another.  There's no way I'm shelling out 500+ bucks for a console and games until I can see all of them and decide for myself which kicks the most ass.  I think alot of people are thinking the same way, and that's smart.  Maybe 360 is better, but I'd rather wait, miss the rush, and truly put it up against the PS3 than buy one now and regret it later.  It's too big an investment to rush into.  MS may have gotten an early jump, but currently, I think the PS3 specs outweigh the 360 by 300%, make that 360%.  I'm waiting.  Only one team has showed up to the game, no one has won yet.
