The PS3 has had something of a rocky start in the face of strong competition. While the price has been cut $100 on the 60 GB PS3, Kazumi Kitaue of Konami doubts it will have much impact. His comments also raise serious questions as to whether or not Metal Gear Solid 4, as yet only officially announced for the PS3, will remain exclusive to the system.

"I wonder if Sony can win back user support by the price cut of just $100," commented Kitaue to Reuters. "I don't expect a substantial impact ... With $500, you can buy a personal computer."

"Since Metal Gear Solid was born for the PlayStation, we would like to keep it a PlayStation game," said Kitaue. "But we might have to take some steps."

Why not bring it to the 360? Sony is loosing all it's other exclusives. If 360 gets this and FF Xwhatever then sony is screwed.
