GT has oficially gone the way of the shitter. No crash damage are they kidding me. I would rather they spend less time on the cars and more time on making the game as a whole better. How much better can the cars look at this point? Why would it take 180 days to code for one?

It doesn't matter how nice the cars look, when i hit the wall at 200 miles an hour it will be as fake as can be.

GT4 has about 700 cars in it. If GT5 has the same number, then it would take one man 126,000 days (345 years) to do it by himself.

I wonder how many people are working on cars blink.gif

With Mr Invader´s little calculation I think Kazunori Yamauchi have just lied.
We all know every game company is waiting for Sony to sell more consoles.

That's ridiculas... If Forza Motorsport 2 can do basic crash damage and DiRT the full monty, why on earth can't GT5 do the same?

I tell you what, those cars had better look damn pretty or I'm staying well away.

200 to 300 people? ... working 7 hours a day with a good salary?
Polyphony Digital doesnt have that kind of money.

I also doubt it.

Edit: It seems that is was badly translated, the original article is taken from joystiq ( http://www.joystiq.c...car-and-driver/ ) and talks about "realistic" in car damage.
