wow lol

i just got done watching the GTHD vid and i must say that im not impressed at all.  the game looks earily a lot like the last GT only in 1080p which is not impressive when there is minimal detail to show.  also is it just me or are the spectators still just 2D cardbaord cut-outs?  lol well at least the people who run in the street look 3D, but the rest look like the worst crowd i have seen yet in the next gen.   jester.gif   again very unimpressive, no motion blur, no in-car view, no obvious HDR (at least not compared to PGR).  i have read around that GTHD doesnt match PGR's visual of realism (jaggies aside) and i must say i agree.

i like to look at what the other consoles offer and showcase so that i have more solid ground to stand on when i make my statements and honestly nothing of what i have seen of the ps3 looks to be worth $500 or $600, but hey have fun zombies!  go sony go!!  wwwwiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii!

i know im losin it  jester.gif

Isnt GT HD just GT4 at 1080P? I really dont see why it would be that impressive. To me it just seems like they had nothing on GT 5 to show so they threw together this.

All GT HD is, IS GT4 in 1080p your right.

they needed something to fill 25 minutes, or they would have had a short conference. Unfortunately their decision to run this video/demo pissed people off because it was so long and boring.

next........

i realized this last night after watching the vid again with sound.  but still this would seem like just filler material since they were lacking in content.  however why bother really?  it wasnt impressive and it proved absolutely nothing, which i think was proven when they paused numerous times for an applaus and all that could be heard were crickets  laugh.gif

if they keep it at 1080p i wouldn't expect any big graphical upgrades for gt 5
