Hey guys and gals!!!! I have an unmodded X-Box that is a friend of mines that I cant find out how to fix. It has audio but absolutely no video. I took it apart and i was going to replace the video connector with another one, but I can't seem to find just the video connection (Attached to the motherboard) for sale anywhere  so.....I decided that I would check out the tutorial section on here and i found that someone has posted a very informative tut. on how to solder Component cables to the motherboard, hence bypassing the need for the connection alltogether. My friend is still not quite with the times and has an older tv that doesn't have component cable connections, and i was wondering if someone out there would have an idea about how to solder in a regular analog (Red/White/Black) connector cable to the motherboard to just bypass the need for the connection.

oh yea super easy. get yourself a component red white yellow input plug connector thingy. mount it to the back of the case. check the FAQ in this section and theres a very nice tutorial telling you where to solder for your video, left audio, and right audio. its only 6 wires you need to solder, and the points are fairly large.

Thanks....himynameisearl2!!!    I went to the FAQ and searched the topics on all 7 pages, but i didn't see that topic anywhere. Could you please post the link for what 6 wires I am supposed to solder. I am forever in your debt!!! i let him borrow my modded xbox until I can fix his.......so........i kind of wanna get this done NOW!!! LMAO!!!  i miss my box!!
