You need Jasco Premium Paint and Epoxy Remover

Image: http://www.acehardwaresuperstore.com/images/302787.jpg

Steps

1.  Disassemble Wii
2.  Remove the board from the CD drive (there are two screws) - This is optional if you want to do a clean job
3.  Lay the boad aside
4.  Cover the epoxy with Jasco - Jasco is thick you can use screw driver to dip and drop it on the epoxy
5.  Wait for 2-4 hours - the epoxy will get all soft and you can easily lift it without much effort
6.  Wipe and Clean with alcohol

Jasco doesnt strip the green enamel used on the circuit board, it wont also damage the chips

Make sure you dont spill it on your hands cuz you will have a burning sensation.

Yea cool tutorial but now that have those chips that you just put on the ribbon cable.  The Drivekey and there is the Wasabi DX.    The nice thing is anyone who can take apart and put back together their Wii can do this without messing it up!  They sell em at modchipcentral.com for like $50~  No soldering involved.

The hair dryer just melts the drive and the jasco takes a couple of days.  A tiny spring came off that I used a screw to resecure.  The epoxy would be worth alot of money for repairs because it has fantastic properties.
