wii system menu 3.1U

i was installing a bunch of unknown ios's and the wii reset and black screen..

it has a green light and spinning drive...

what chip can i use to unbrick?

Not sure, but if/when you unbrick it, put on preloader or bootmii to avoid having to use a chip to unbrick in the future...
