Wii Need Advice And Help...fix Wii?

I wanted to find out about a wii. What if a Wii
UNIT FREEZES AND SCREEN DISPLAYS PRESS A TO CONTINUE. ??? It seems like a minor problem.
What do you think the problem is?
Any advice on how to fix this or even just guessin what the problem could be and how to fix it. Thank you
