Im yet to install one of these babys....

From what ive read and looking at your pic, i wouldve used wire rather then dolops of solder.

You were right. I re-soldered it with wire and it worked the first time.

soldering those things in can be a bit messy as u have to drop a big dolope of solder...wires are so much easier

wires are always best just incase you install a bad chip or it just needs to come back out again
