If you have a cheap small flat screwdriver, you can bend it so that it fits into 2 of the 3 triwing slots.  Its not the best method, and is harder to remove the screws, but it does work.  Be careful to get a thin flathead so it bends, and you do not end up stripping the screw.

I had a very small hex key and used my dremel to mold the tri-wing head. It worked perfectly.
