I get this xbox the other day and basically it was freezing during start up most of the time and the hard drive was making strange sounds. OK, it's probably the hard drive I thought. I finally get it to boot up and I was able to softmod it and pull off the eeprom. So I put in another hd, lock it, etc. and this one freezes up as well and it also makes a weird sound from the hard drive. Now I'm starting to think it's the mobo or power supply? Does anybody know what the problem is? Thanks in advance.
