Wiikey Update 1.9 Officially Out

Just incase anybody hadn't heard.  The Wiikey Team has finally released the "official" 1.9 update disc as well as the 1.3 config disc.

However the "official" update is the exact same as the update that was leaked a few weeks ago.  Same picture and everything.
