I restarted my xbox yesterday and i got nothing tv black, the xbox starts stops starts stops starts and than red green blinking light.

when i turn of the chip atleast it ill start  the the flubber, but i get the 05 error message.
i allready changed the ide cable but still no response on the tv and or the xbox.

any body???
could it be the chip???

I had a similar problem,

Problem:
- Blinking light (red/green)
- On/Off On/Off continuesly

I brought it to my xbox-guy and he resoldered/fixed the chip and it was fine again.
He wasn't sure what happened to it though
